Table Games Manager 
As a Table Games Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the table games department, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for our patrons.

• $1000 after 30 days of employment
• $1500 after 90 days of employment

• Supervise and lead table games staff during assigned shifts while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies. 

• Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations. 

• Collaborate with the Table Games Pit Manager to optimize pit layouts and game offerings. 

• Implement and enforce security and safety protocols. 

• Manage challenging situations with grace and composure. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Manager or in a similar role 

• In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations 

• Strong leadership and communication skills 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities. 

• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations 

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
